We stayed at this hotel in September and booked two nights. Due to availability, we spent the first night in a standard room and the second in a suite. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. The staff was very unwelcoming, and check-in was unpleasant. They heavily promote their rooftop, but honestly, theres nothing special about it.

Perfect hotel. Walking distance for pretty much everything. they had a restaurant in the hotel which was really good. We were there in Oct. it rained 1 day but didnt stop us. The price was fair. I would stay again, for the price it was clean and everyone was friendly. they even had a rooftop bar with great views...

We had 1 night in Brussels and searched for a hotel close by the city center and Central Station. Warwick was a good choice! It was a very short walk from the train station to the hotel. We had a good, clean room and it was perfectly located to walk around in the center. The breakfast buffet in the morning was really good. This is not a four star hotel. The facilites are fine and the service was lacking. There is not a culture of service here. Some people are nice and others are rude. The front desk made an error with a breakfast charge and the gentleman in the breakfast room handled it poorly. I paid for a premium room, which included a turn down service.
