Very special place, this hidden rooftop in the center of Brussels. If you're looking for a cool spot for spending quality moment with friends and family, that's where you should go.

good but failed to comply with commitment

good location. Quiet. Comfortable. Parking.
In the room there was no third child bed promised when booking. By phone I had confirmation that all is OK.
Once there we were told the hotel could not respect its commitment.
Neither serious nor professional....

Lovely rooftop bar with a nice view at the Grand Marché. Mr. Ashraf served us with a big smile and very professionally. Definitely worth a visit if you like a drink with a view. Not easy to find but the hotel staff on ground floor is very willing to help....

Nice hotel, Christmas decorations pretty, staff welcoming and friendly.
Cons:
1. The bed was hard and by the time we got comfortable we felt like we were rolling out.
2. Outside our bedroom window was a large extractor pipe so was very noisy all night so hardly slept.
3. The shower in our room was just about hanging onto the wall, water pressure wasn't great and the shower pointed onto the door and running onto t...

Christmas in Brussels

Firstly, when travelling into Brussels Midi on the Eurostar, take the metro to Centraal instead of a taxi. The Eurostar tickets covers the metro and it takes 4 minutes to Centraal station. The hotel is a 3 min stroll from the metro. A taxi takes about 20 min, if you're lucky, and will set you back 25 euros.
