Amazing stay at the Augustin hotel

We had an amazing stay at the Augustin Hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, making the experience very enjoyable.
I really recommend it to anyone coming to Brussels its located near midi station. Also, if you want to visit by walk, you could. The monuments are just minutes away walking.
The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable.
The breakfast had a wide variety of options.Â

Calm hotel

The hotels location was ideal, close to local attractions yet peaceful enough. I felt truly valued throughout my stay, the staff was super nice, and the manager was very helpful, welcoming and attentive, guess his name was Otmene. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Brussels....

I would not recommend this hotel based on our recent 4 night stay there.
On our third night at 11.45pm other guests were checked into our room in error. Myself and my daughter were upset and shocked by this and consequently didnt sleep through fear of people returning to our room. Despite bringing this to the managements attention we were not compensated at all for this shocking mistake. We were asked to pay a city ...

Lovely big room and bathroom - great location midway between the Eurostar station and the centre (10 mins to each) - and friendly staff. L'Occitane toiletries and water on arrival were nice touches. Room clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again...

Was meant to have 2 single beds, they brought up a fold out bed and tried to charge us and then changed the main bed to single ish or Europe interpration of single beds. Got and extra doona which sufficed. Asked them to remove portable bed. Room was full of bugs, woke up with bites all over. Told them about bugs they said would clean and spray, didn't happen.
