Pros
- 10mins to the Central Train Station
- Spar opposite
- walking distance to main sites
- Staff are friendly and helpful
Cons
- cleaner left shoeprints in the shower
- room lightning is no good. Very low lighting.
Hotel breakfast was 25 per person, so we went to the bakery across the road....

Cool, clean and friendly atmosphere.

Location and our room were very nice. They offered us one of their best rooms because of our 30th wedding anniversary with a nice coupon for two drinks in hotel bar. Breakfast had enough items to satisfy any taste.
Staff members were trained to make friendly relationships with the guests.
To be strictly suggested by us....

We stayed for two nights to visit the Brussels Xmas market. Found the mattress was hard and found a small blood stain on one of the pillows. Nice gesture offering a free drink from the mini bar. ...
