i booked three night stay and thanks to reception upgraded to a suit room with a balcony from here i once again thank to Lorena, Edgard and Maria they did their best to pleased me after the first room without french balcony.
Room is speechless , house keeping is great room kept tidy during our stay.
Breakfast is one of the best open buffet
that i have visited world wide trips.

I would start by the service I received from Jonathan at my check in. He was really helpful with my requests and gave an extra with his recomendations on what to do in Belgium. He was super nice! I would also like to mention Shefaet the bell boy. As soon as we arrived to the hotel he was eager to help with a smile on his face. Actually my kids mentioned what a nice guy he was. This is my all time favourite hotel in Brussels.
It really gives meaning to the phrase "your home away from home".
The rooms are excellent, so is the breakfast but most of all the staff is so serviceminded, kind and helpful.
It is close to a lot of nice restaurants, and with the metro just outside the door I get to my meetings in no time...

Nice and very clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Station staff very Polite. Especially the Spanish speaking man at the reception, he goes an extra mile for his guests. I saw one guest being rude to him, but he handled the situation really well....
