Definitely not a four star. Pretty run-down and tatty. Rooms are very worn, with cracked tiles and floorboards and broken aircon ducts. God knows whats peeling from the side of the taps.
Shower is particularly inadequate and barely does the job. Plenty of noise from rooms above and street outside to boot.
Reception staff were lovely but overall very unimpressive.

Hotel in the centre but a bit off track. Not far from the metro station and some shops.
I had standard room on the top floor. While room was clean, it was very small plus window was facing the roof and I was not able to close the window properly. The hotel is very average....

welll located hotel if you are not the first time in Brussels and prefer to be near the Shopping area of Avenue Louise and the Ixelles neighbourhood. Spacious rooms, rather expensive breakfast, but plenty of alternative places around the hotel. You can walk or take a tram ride or Metro to most places...

The location is good with cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. The metro station is close by so the connectivity is good. The front office reception was very efficient. We checked out during early hours and the front office was ready to help us check out. Thank you and keep up the good work....

We recommend this hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. The street is quiet. The store in the hotel is packed with food and drinks and it is opened all night. I would definitely come back again and book another stay!...
