My second time staying in this hotel just a few minutes walk from the central station and Grand Place.
I received an upgrade to a top floor suite and my room had a view out towards Grand Place.
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very enjoyable....

Perfect location in Brussels' city centre, near to Central Station and Grand Place.
Very friendly staff, helpful, flexible.
Wifi connection acceptable.
Breakfast was varied and tasteful.
The room was comfortable, clean and spatious, but unfortunately it was noisy, due to the air exchange unit of the hotel, because the room's unit was set to off. So, sleeping quality was poor because of that. Since it was a one night ...

Location is perfect, rooms are spacious, staff is nice, breakfast is very good.
BUT
some lightnings were not working,
as if the bath was not cleaned, at least there were some hair inside...
toilet was leaking.
and the worst thing, beds, very uncomfortable and moving and making sounds with every minor move
it was just a 1 night stay, we were very tired when we discoverd all those dysfunctions, we did not contact ...

During my recent short holiday, I received a warm welcome from Jordi, the receptionist. He not only provided us with comfortable rooms but also offered an excellent list of restaurant recommendations, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel room was immaculate, with very comfortable pillows and beds. Our experience in Belgium was exceptional during our first visit. I must commend this NH hotel for its prime loc...

The hotel is situated right next to Central Station and the old town hot spots. The staff is very friendly, the rooms nice and clean, the one I had was with a perfect view on the square and the Grande Place. ...
