I booked this hotel on booking.com before checking the reviews on here and I panicked! However I stayed this weekend with a friend and we found it very nice. Check in was quick and easy. We were on the 3rd floor at the front and we couldnt hear the street. The room was spotless with a lovely en-suite shower room. No sign of bed bugs at all. Not bad but quirky hotel

Stayed here for 2 nights earlier this week. Its not a bad hotel but its quirky - there are 3 different lifts depending on which floor your room is on. Its old and in need of a little refurb. Almost felt deserted even though we were told they were fully booked.
Outside there are at least 6 sex shops and its noisy so ask for a room not facing the main road.
Staff were friendly and helpful....

Infested Room with BedBugs!

My experience was terrible. The door of my room was blocked and I could not open it. I passed twice in a single day. And besides the room was infested with bedbugs. I took photo of 4 different sites where you can see walking through the room. Very bad experience, because I have sent emails and still not answered....

I was slightly concerned prior to staying here as I had read some negative reviews. However, I was very happy with my room and the friendly reception received when checking in.
