Do not book this hotel! The rooms are worn and the treatment from the staff is among the worst I have experienced. Have traveled a lot and have never experienced such disrespectful treatment. The hotel was evacuated due to a fire in a combined property and due to widespread fire smoke in the hotel. Remember when you spoke to a person instead of a QR code? Remember when a nice hotel had desks, reading lights, slippers, robes, bathtubs (!!), and windows that actually open? We booked an executive room which unfortunately was outdated. And for the price they ask it shouldnt be But we went to core festival to see Pusha T and after that we went out in Brussels so we werent long in our room. The staff were friendly. The ambience of the hotel was nice and good location....

Comfortable stay in great location

Great location, 6 of us stayed and we emailed a question beforehand that was quickly answered.
Lovely attentive staff and we were all impressed with the size, facilities and comfort of the rooms.
We did not eat in the hotel but did use the bar and found prices there reasonable for the area....
