You can probably write a thick novel about our good old Euroflat in Brussels where lots of us spent hours of our illustrious and promising youth as delegates and diplomats going to BXL for this or that reason. But in case someone needs an updated advice, here it is:

Close to the business district

The room was pretty nice and it's very close to the business center and to the metro station (like really really close). Sadly, it's not soundproof and the staircase was odd and not properly kept (I had to use the stairs since the lift was out of service). I'm a huge hygiene freak and I'd give this hotel a 3.5/5 for its hygiene part (not the room in itself but the corridors and staircase)....

Pro: close to the EU institutions, 2 min walking distance. Big room.
Cons: it's not soundproofed. You can hear everything from the street and from the outside. The room didn't feel very clean, it was clean, but not at a 4-star level clean. No room-service. The front desk staff was not in a good mood, they were cold and unhelpful.
Would not recommend it....

We have stayed at least 3 times in this hotel in the past. It is not a luxurious hotel but it is comfortable. The reception is polite and eager to help. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is also spacious. The towels are changed every day and the breakfast is EXCELLENT. Vomit in the lift, absolutely disgusting.
I would never go back there.
The rooms were not clean, the refrigerator was not emptied and some dirt was inside...
The toilet was running the whole night so we couldnt sleep, nobody helped...
Buffet in the morning was bad....
