This hotel tries very hard but didnt quite deliver. The good bits - close to Grande Place, easy to find, fun design, friendly welcome, good breakfast. The less good bits - long, dark, rambling corridors to reach my room (218?), position right next to a lift which was noisy all night, another noise which I could not identify (but may have been a fan) clicked and whirred every few minutes, again all night long....

Beautifully styled hotel with an easy check-in process and incredibly kind staff who went out of their way to hold my bags, making my arrival smooth and stress-free. The room was elegantly designed, with attention to detail that made it feel both luxurious and comfortable. After reading the reviews we were excited to stay here, unfortunately we were very disappointed in our room , although the decor is lovely the room and bathroom was the smallest we have ever stayed in anywhere. You literally couldnt get down one side of the bed because there was a table for your luggage. There was no where in the bathroom to put toiletries or makeup. This hotel was in a good central location to all the things we wanted to do in Brussels. Quick walk from the train station as well. Rooms were very clean (although a little dark), and staff was very friendly. There is a french restaurant in the lobby that seemed relatively busy, although we did not try it. I would stay here again and recommend to others traveling to Brussels....

Excellent staff , excellent hotel and excellent location. What more could you want. We had a really great time in this hotel. We were so lucky to be given early check in which so appreciated as we had a very early start that morning . Our room was a family room and so spacious with everything you could need. We loved everything about Craves hotel...
