The room had a very well equipped kitchen with pots and pans, lots of cutlery and dishes, a kettle and even a small dishwasher. The bed was very spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were pretty good and the toilet is in a separate room. This is good, but theres no sink in the toilet room. The presentation of the hotel on the Internet deviates considerably from reality. The lobby is 5 star level but as soon as you get to the room floors you are in for a nasty surprise. Completely dirty carpet, broken walls and doors, hotel room doors that jam and squeak. The apartments are clean and well equipped, but they are also getting on in years. This apartment hotel was so clean and lovely. However, the apartment has no air con and no fan whatsoever. It was 35° and we all really really struggled. The apartment we had was facing a very very very busy main road, link a ring road. The noise was awful. We had to open the windows to let air in, but the noise and fumes were too much so just sat in the awful heat. The windows could do with being thicker and fans sh...

Lovely apartment hotel with English speaking staff close to central Brussels

Big shout out to Omar, one of the receptionists. First time visiting Brussels with my & year old. Omar was very helpful with maps and advice on travel, amenities, storing luggage in a locked room (our train was at 3pm later in day - Eurostar) and we checked out at llam.
The room was very clean and had good amenities. The bed was good size and comfortable and the bathroom was very good size. Good value for money....

I really enjoyed my time here. It was comfortable, spacious and in a great location.
Cons were that the lock on the front door didnt work and our room was directly above a bar, which meant a lot of noise.
Pros included that the kitchen has everything you could ever need, all cutlery and utensils, a job, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The lobby had a coffee machine which was free and a place to refill your wate...
