The hotel is outrageous. I arrived at the hotel with a legitimate reservation made through booking.com. The receptionist told med that they did not have a room anyway and sent me to a sister hotel in another area of Bruxelles. The room was prepaid. Even though it was the hotel which cancelled the room they refuse to reimburse the 172 Euros i had paid. I was also charged 172 Euros in their sister hotel and has thus pa...

The location is good as it is very central but the amenities are kind of dated and the area can be noisy.
We stayed in an apartment and we had stayed in a studio on a previous stay. In the apartment, the toilet is so small and also the shower at very little pressure. The bed are not super comfortable either. This would be ok if at least we could sleep. like many places in Europe there is no AC. so we slept with ...

We booked Citadines studio with high expectations to be able to cook on our own, however, upon arrival we found an outdated room with a kitchen with very few utensils and a basic cleaning.
For example, the dishwasher was still to be unloaded and some of its items were dirty inside, including the filter.

Horrible. We checked into our room that looked nothing like the room we booked. Following this, the bed sheets were dirty and we saw a bug crawling in our sheets. Along with this, the toilet was gross and the kitchen table was stained. We called for service and a nasty and rude woman came and made up feel stupid for complaining about the bug. Marginal, would not stay here again until improvments made

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was very inexpensive.
Pros: location / value/ customer service / fancy coffee machine in lobby
Cons : No bathroom ventilation and poor ventilation in building with stale air/ No AC / In need of refurbishment.
This hotel is badly in need of refurbishment and installation of proper operating HVAC system...
