Hotel is found in an excellent location in central Brussels. Walking distance to Mannequin Pis and to the Grand Place. Very cosy hotel with wonderful staff!! Will definitely stay in this hotel when Im back in Brussels ...

Very friendly staff, great room! Breakfast was also good. The room was very hot, and when I opened the window, the cigarettesmoke from downstairs came into the room (2nd floor, above the entrance). But other than that I've had a perfect stay!...

I stayed at Bedford Hotel & Congress Centre, Brussels in September 2024.
The good thing about this property is its location. It is not far from the Brussels Centraal Station and is also close to Manneken Pid and the Grand Place.
The totel is quite big, it's an old property and the age shows. The staff was helpful and check-in was smooth.

I booked this hotel, but one day before check-in my airline canceled the flights due to a strike at Brussels Charleroi Airport. I immediately contacted the hotel, explaining that we were unable to check-in and requested a penalty-free cancellation due to these exceptional circumstances, which were beyond my control.
