We really enjoyed our stay here. It was slightly off the beaten path but we liked that as opposed to being near the busyness of downtown. We dont mind the 30 min walk downtown as it was a straight shot there. Our place felt safe, clean, & all the employees were welcoming, especially Djilali who was so kind & helpful in helping us navigate the area & find the BEST local food! We appreciated him! Would stay here again...

Family of 4 with 2 kids. Book a family room
With bunk bedsamazing! The kids loved this and the room was so spacious, comfortable and immaculate.
Booked breakfast, plenty on offer and the kids loved the pancake machine.
There was unlimited tea/coffee/water throughout the hotel 24/7 do the kids enjoyed a hot chocolate also before bed.
There is a games room and the swings in the reception proved to be extremely pop...

We stayed here as two families, 4 adults and 4 kids (8,8,6 and 1). For 2 nights.
The hotel was a short tram ride from Brussels Midi where we got off the Eurostar.
We had booked 2 family rooms, double bed and a bunk in each.
We arrived early and the rooms were not ready, so we went for a gander around the local area and then the kids played in the lobby, there are swings (they had storage lockers for our lugg...

Lovely hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful quick check in. I forgot my travel plug and the staff found me one so helpful.The decor is very modern each floor of the hotel as a little kitchenette type with free tea coffee and water station. This is where you also will find a microwave and iron and ironing board. The cups and water bottle are left in your room. There is a hairdryer in each room and toiletrie...

This hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are magnificent. When I came back from a long day I was in the "hall" to relax on the sofas (very comfortable).
The bathrooms are super spacious and the TVs are strategically placed. There is always staff to check out or check in ( even at night )....
