This hotel asks for an additional fee on top of your booking fees to hold for ten days after your booking. They want you to email them your credit card information in email and if you refuse they want to charge you an ADDITIONAL $50 euros to wait upon arrival where there isnt an employee on the grounds they say. I requested a refund as I was unable to stay here, as planned, between 4th September 2023- 7th September 2023. No refund has been received and the response from the hotel shows no regard for customers health and safety. I was offered a room but the room wasnt clean. Imagine prepaying for your hotel only to leave for the day and on your return you are denied access to your room for 4.24! You receive a letter stating urgent you must pay - you go down in the morning at 10 and no one is there - you leave for your day and come back at 16::03 and boom room key doesnt work. - great location! Walking distance to grand place, lots of restaurants nearby
- clean apartment
- very spacious! Much bigger than we thought it would be
- quiet
- great views (on the 6th floor)
- great communication from hotel before hand
Con
- no frills check in, with a baby, pram and baggage and no manned reception that was a bit difficult but ultimately fine

DONT STAY HERE - NO REFUND AFTER 2 MONTHS

After a terrible experience in October, weve been wait 2 months on a refund. We moved out mid stay due to the terrible service - see my earlier review for detail.
It was promised but now every email gets ignored. Dont stay here - awful service throughout. Terrible hotel....
