This hotel is simply terrible. I stayed in room 110 and have never experienced so much noise in a room before. The noise came from everywhere. Additionally, the room was old and worn out. The only positive thing about the hotel was the guy at the reception who gave me earplugs. I will never return to this place....

Decent Hotel and great location

Great location in mostly pedestrian area. Bed comfy and bathroom large. The water was a little hot then cold when showering. Very busy lobby with a coffee shop. I would stay here again if the opportunity to travel to Brussels happens again. Many street shops/restaurants and close to the Delirium Village, Central station and Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert. Just around the corner from the Grand Place....

Really central and in the heart of the city. A good base for the sites and restaurants. Downstairs is a lovely cafe/coffee shop. We didn't have breakfast so I cannot comment on it. As regards to the hotel, comfortable bed with good quality linen. We were on the 5th floor so had a great view of the city which was nice. Bathroom was clean with good quality products and there was slippers and dressing gowns in the ward...

After reading reviews of not very clean bathrooms I was a little cautious. However I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Fabulous location right in the centre with a buzzing coffee shop on the ground floor. Great service, fabulous room with tea and coffee. Comfortable bed and SPOTLESS bathroom. The hotel is located 2 min walk to Grand Palace and other attractions. The hotel staff are friendly! The rooms are very clean and for the Center of the town good enough size. There is a cafe downstairs that is very good. I highly recommend this place for people who want to stay in the centre....
