Everything was Super and clean!
We had a Nice stay at Brussels!
Also there was a welcome coffee, waffles, fruits , and pancakes!
The réception was 24/7 for anything you want!
My boyfriend says free esspresso is Always a good idea!

I have been is this hotel for 2 nights, on the day of my check out I went with my wife to a store near by, and when we came back her wallet that was inside her purse and in the room had been stolen, we complained with management, nothing was done, we call the police and they are investigating, but clearly somebody inside this hotel with access tonthe rooms, stole her wallet, this ia an unsafe place with really bad ma...

The hotel is lovely.
Breakfast is great, great variety and very tasty.
There is free coffee/tea/juice/water during the whole day and that is a lovely detail.
The women in reception were lovely.
On the other side, the toilet door does not completely close or seal the toilet and from the room you can see inside of the toilet, that is the only thing that is very uncomfortable.
Most of the plugs in the room did not work,...

The plus:
Very friendly staff, noce size bed and pillows, coffee/tea kettle, welcome chocolates/cookies. Free coffee/water on the lobby.
Right on "the ring" where there's a lot of commerce, despite being a bit far from city center.
The minus:
Furniture and electric appliances need updating and needs proper cleaning.
One day we had no room cleaned even though we left it signalized.
Very poor TV service....

I lived in the hotel for 5 day and was all perfect. Also a good breakfast. Good bed, perfect shower. Also I'd appreciate the ecological policy. Near to the metro and the city center. The stay was usefull for me. I can suggest it. If I have the chance in future I suppose I can come back here....
