This apartment-style hotel was a great place to stay. It felt very safe and all the staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a 5 minute walk from the station and about 30 minutes walk from the main square. The area was okay, but be careful walking around at night. The site and the room was very clean and the rooms could be made up for the following day if requested; replacing towels etc. The kitchen in the room...

We recently stayed at AppartCity Confort Bruxelles for just one night, and I must say the experience was fantastic! The staff was absolutely amazingso kind, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. It really makes a difference when youre greeted with such warm hospitality. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a nice variety of options to start the day.

Excellent hotel - would thoroughly recommend!
We stayed for 3 nights in early December, despite the cold weather there was always a warm welcome from the staff. Checkin was only available after 4pm, whilst a little later than ideal, the rooms were excellent, very clean and well equipped.
The hotel is located south of the main centre of Brussels (about a 20 minute walk) near Brussels South (Midi) train station....

Left on the street for absolutely no reason!!

We booked and checked in as normal early in the day. We came back at 11pm (bags had been stored) and they told us our booking had been cancelled. Absolutely no reason. Because we were paying on departure they had obviously sold our rooms to guarantee money. With medical issues, we have been left in the street.
