Very clean hotel, best breakfast in a hotel in some time and service here is very high end. Over and above what one would think for a residence inn! My wife is allergic to pets and they went out of their way to make sure room clean and safe for her, much appreciated!...

Boston is a no park car - downtown $43 an hour

This Marriott property is the most poorly managed establishment I have ever experienced. The manager, Tommy (if that is indeed his name), appears bald but lacks the professionalism one would expect. I must admit, I am shocked to read other traveler reviews that mention poor experience with the staff. The friendliness of all the staff members I encountered was a high point of my stay!

Stayed here for Parents Weekend. I am a Platnium Elite Bonvoy Member.
Not a friendly welcome on arrival. The room I was given had a couch that is shredded on multiple sides and top of it. Couch should not be in any hotel room! I even took pictures it was so bad. Tried to stop at bar at 9:19 pm in lobby, but it was closed even though on website it says until 11 pm. Definitely a lower end Marriott with nothing ...
