Ranjan is amazing! Excellent service and super sweet :) Very quick and efficient with room service and being helpful with our towels a laundry bag we needed. He is truly the best! Made our stay so much more comfortable and excellent with his kindness!...

Zaila at the front desk was a great help welcoming us and getting us settled in. She was responsive to our questions and gave us excellent recommendations on what to do and where to go in the city. Thankful to have someone who could steer us in the right direction....

Arrived early into Boston and we were lucky enough to be able to go to our room. In the words of the person checking us in "it's a really nice room on the 14th floor". Unfortunately the window couldn't be opened so no fresh air. The inner blind didn't fit into the window correctly and looked a mess. The bottom of the bathroom door was in need of repair and it all needed a good clean and clean decor. The beds were ...

Carpet did not feel clean. Bathroom was tiny. There was no counter space, spartan amenities, not even a cup, and worst of all, there was a cockroach! I have never ever seen a cockroach as big as that in the Northeast! In Florida or Asia, perhaps. Never in New England! DISGUSTING. I will never stay at this Hilton again....
