A Hilton hotel that falls drastically below expectations

We arrived after a 5.5h drive only to be told that we do not have a reservation and that the hotel is fully booked. The sullen reception then proceeded to be rude, telling us that the glitch was Booking.coms fault and that it was not his problem that we did not have a place to stay for the night. He completely ignored me when I insisted that I had 2 exchanges with the directly with the hotel, so that the reservation...

The hotel itself is fine. The room was nice and its a good location. But the extra charges at check-in were absurd. The base price was already very high, and on top of that we learned at check-in that there would be a $25/night parking fee and also a $25/night destination fee. Id never heard of such a thing. You can use it toward paying for the $15/person breakfast fee, but thats ridiculous too as the breakfast ...

I loved this hotel from the first moment of arrival. Noah at the front desk was awesome at check-in! Since it was a special occasion for us he made some great local recommendations and gave us an awesome room! Noah was just amazing throughout our stay, helping with whatever we needed, including getting us change for a show we were attending.

Hot and Stuffy Rooms

The AC units in the room were installed near the floor when theyre meant to be near the ceiling. We had to have maintenance out to check why it wasnt working. The remote cannot read the signal unless its right in front of the unit 1.5 ft off the ground. I spent a very uncomfortable first night due to this.
Poor construction!
And our bathtub didnt drain which is something housekeeping should notice when they clean...

Good location and a comfortable hotel. A good bonus is the Whole Foods Market just behind the hotel.
Great on site safe vehicle parking.
A great help is the free shuttle that can take you to Harvard University.
This is a comfortable hotel and reasonably prised....
