Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The lobby was ornate and beautifully decorated for the holiday season. We are an Accor Diamond member and used a suite upgrade for the night. When we arrived we discovered they upgraded us to the Presidential Suite! The suite was very spacious and wonderfully decorated. Great views of Copley Plaza. The staff at the hotel were all courteous and kind. We hope to visit again...

Haji in particular was very helpful and friendly. The overall service was great, but Haji really stood out as committed to making the guest stay pleasant. The building interior is gorgeous, and the rooms very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay....

Iconic hotel with charm and great service

Great location and a classic hotel. The staff was wonderful and made sure the family had everything we needed. This is an iconic hotel so we appreciated her vast history and elegance. Sure, the rooms could use some updating but the atmosphere and team made our family stay fantastic. The brunch is fantastic and you can't beat Copley during the holiday season....

Winter magic

We came in just for a quick overnight to see a show. The hotel has been on our bucket list for years, so rather than drive home afterwards, we thought wed find ourselves a little winter magic. Carolina at the front desk, helped to make our little getaway what we hope to become traditional; a lovely experience!...
