Clean hotel room but water pressure bad, and breakfast mediocre

We stayed 3 nights (Veterans Day weekend). I always stay at a Marriott brand hotel, and this one did have a great bed and it was very clean. However, there were some negatives, which surprised me:
1. Dresser drawer would not stay closed (picture attached)
2. Water pressure in shower was terrible (in the sink it was great)
3. No safe to store valuables

Stayed 8 nights here. Clean hotel, nice beds and showers. Slept well. Breakfast buffet nice, gets a bit boring though after a few days. Check In very fast. There was an envelope for a tip in the room every day. Are you not paying your staff? For the horrendous price charged I find this outrageous! Rest OK, including WiFi. Also stop the plastic waste for breakfast!!!...

Nice hotel in Cambridge

Stayed at this hotel for a week in May. Hotel is very clean as was the room. Nice breakfast every morning included in your room price. About two blocks from the T. There is no need for a car. can get to downtown within 10 minutes. There's not much around in the form of restaurants or bars. Plenty Within Uber distance about a mile or so away. About a third of the prices staying downtown....

Disappointing in many respects: rooms noisey from either constant traffic or Subway eitherside of hotel, poor breakfast options (especially for vegans), no laundry facilities despite this being advertised on their own website.
Staff were lovely though and room cleaned daily....
