I agree with other reviewers that this hotel could do with a refurb but its perfectly good the way it is and everything works. The beds are comfy, the shower is hot and the room was mostly clean. The location is good, in a quiet spot, there is a beach walk just behind the hotel. The metro line is a short walk away to get into downtown. Comfortable spacious room and quiet so we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hotel is well away from the city, its a cab ride downtown. There is nothing in the vicinity in terms of restaurants, cafes etc its a real backwater, so you are reliant on the hotel catering which is pretty awful. Just a cafe serving poor quality snacks and breakfast - even the hotel buffet - was bordering on inedible....

The staff at the hotel were really friend and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and their customer service was outstanding .
Jorge on reception went above and beyond on several occasions and we were always greeted with a warm welcome.
Ladi always gave us a warm welcome after picking us up from the airport and made a great first impression of the hotel .

Great place to stay when visiting Boston

Was at the hotel for a few days trip. Experience is great! Staffs at the front desk are warm and very helpful. Hotel rooms are clean, quiet, and well layout. They also provide free shuttles to the convention center as well as the airports. Location is close to a railway station, and once I commute back from downtown Boston and feel very convenient. The food service can be better to provide more on site options....

Doubletree does not care about you

Was stuck at Boston airport during the July 2024 Global IT outage. Flight was cancelled, and I made a reservation at Doubletree Boston Bayside because I thought I would be stuck in Boston for a couple days while the airlines fixed their issues. Flight was miraculously UNcancelled, I called back WITHIN 1 HOUR of making this reservation and told them to cancel it. They refused since it was under 24 hours until my reser...
