The hotel staff provided excellent service and the property was lovely and well maintained. The shuttle driver, Al, was very courteous and polite, and Britny, at the front desk, was very welcoming and helpful. They really helped make our stay quite pleasant....

Great hotel by the Charles in Boston

We stayed at the Double Tree suites Boston Cambridge last week for 4 nites. Convenient location off Storrow drive. Had paid parking though a lil expensive @ $ 47. Good thing is the hotel offers shuttle to Harvard Square, Copley Place and the New England Aquarium. So no need to drive around Boston and worry about parking. You can walk across the Charles into Cambridge and explore. Or walk on the walking trails on bot...

Nice Stay

Booked a room for one night as we were in town for a wedding. Though expensive, the rate was on par with others in the area. We had a room on the 2nd floor with a nice river view. The room was very clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was easy. Would definitely stay here again....

Consistently Reliable
I stay here regularly for work and the hotel continues to have amazing customer service. The staff responds to texting via the all which is super convenient. The suites are spacious and comfortable. Easy walk to campus but they have a shuttle that runs frequently....

Not in Cambridge Really...

Its a long way from anything really. Rooms were fine- staff could not care less. Parking easy in facility on site, and seemed to be busy but probably one of the lesser Doubletrees. What is it with the cookies ? Really ? Grow up Hilton and get another marketing hook.....
Would not return....
