Hotel Staff Treated Us Like Family

My family, including 4 kids, stayed here for an entire month this past oct/nov and we were very pleased with our stay and the accommodations. We could walk to campus or use the shuttle to get to Back Bay and downtown. Hotel staff was always super nice. My kids ate countless cookies while we home schooled in the lobby every day. Staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the text to communicate needs. Lobby and common areas were clean. Location was central.
However, our room was right next to the elevator and was loud. The hot tub and pool were cloudy. Our bathroom sink was filthy....

The hotel staff provided excellent service and the property was lovely and well maintained. The shuttle driver, Al, was very courteous and polite, and Britny, at the front desk, was very welcoming and helpful. They really helped make our stay quite pleasant....

Great hotel by the Charles in Boston

We stayed at the Double Tree suites Boston Cambridge last week for 4 nites. Convenient location off Storrow drive. Had paid parking though a lil expensive @ $ 47. Good thing is the hotel offers shuttle to Harvard Square, Copley Place and the New England Aquarium. So no need to drive around Boston and worry about parking. You can walk across the Charles into Cambridge and explore. Or walk on the walking trails on bot...
