Fantastic staff, an unbeatable location and clean and modern rooms. Breakfast was excellent on both mornings. (No, it is not free but as Diamond members, we received an $18 credit so well worth it.).
We walked to dinner at Mare (highly recommended) in the North End in the first night. So many great restaurants a short walk away. We walked to the Public Garden and Newbury St shopping on our second day. Shout out to ...

The Service was excellent. Trevon was superb. We also liked the new location, the fitness center as well as the laid back vibe on the 2nd floor lounge and restaurant. I really dont know what else to say. Lastly, the holiday stocking gift hung outside our door was a nice touch...

Excellent location in the North End.

The hotel is very new. Spacious room and bathroom. Lovely cosy bedding. Loved Rose Bar and Restaurant. 2 minutes to Fanueil Hall, 3 minutes to Hannover Street where all the Italian Restaurants are, and 10 minute walk to TD Gardens, the reason for picking Canopy Hilton. I will definitely stay again....

Love this hotel , the staff and location is fantastic .
The Front desk staff rocks , love the front desk staff
Trevon, Yonelee, ,Demniroy, Roberta and all of them .
They always make us feel welcome .
The bathrooms are very nice and have a nightlight in them
rooms are very spacious .
Great location , walkable to everything , close to the North End...
