Great find for a chilled stay

This surprised me. Very clean and modern. Nice and chilled hotel that seemed more to be aimed at business travellers than tourists. We had a room on the opposite side to the main road and had no issues with sound. It is a little bit of a trek into the more touristy area but nothing too crazy. With Wholefoods and plenty of restaurants next door theres still plenty around it. Also incredibly handy for the airport!...

hotels hospitality is -stars. I originally was at the Moxy Hotel and was not a fan of the experience. I chose AC because of Location. The breakfast staff was unbelievably rude

Noise is the issue.

My fault for not fully researching other reviews but the major drawback of this hotel is the noise from the adjacent 5 lane freeway. We unfortunately had the worst room (642) as it sits on the outside corner of the hotel and therefore has two walls facing the all night race track. Pros: good location for accessing visitor sights and venues, clean, comfortable, staff friendly
Cons: WiFi poor, only allow valet parking at hotel at $62/day when across street is patrolled lot for $20/day, no clock in room, shower has low water pressure and slippery floor...

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I had to request maintenance for an issue and they responded immediately. Also, within walking distance to to a great Italian restaurant and really close to the airport. I would stay here again!...
