From the professional and courteous greeting at check in until my very last encounter checking out. This was a perfect stay in all respects. Every single staff member went out of their way to ensure my comfort and happiness, including, but not limited to the front staff, the wait- staff at the breakfast buffet, the bar staff, the staff at Madame B and housekeeping . From the start the service of the hotel from the Valet Parking to the check in was First Class. The hotel has a great welcoming decor that makes you feel at home, from the Lounge, bar , lobby and interiors. The room was comfortable and made our stay with our dogs very homily indeed. The staff was very helpful and courteous and made us feel very welcome. We will certainly be back and thank you for making our stay memo...
