A/C wouldnt work and I was too hot all night.

The hotel was ok, but there was a hair in my bed which was not pleasant and the A/C wouldnt work. My husband went down to ask for a key to open the window and they said it wont open. It was so hot at night!! Not a comfortable night. I am sure it will be ok in winter, but I wouldnt stay there again...

This is an excellent hotel with a great location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous and welcoming. Receive an upgrade with my goodies. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Maybe next time I will do so. IHG hotels are the tops in my book....

Thank you to Mirko Virrable, General Manager and his wonderful team for another fantastic stay. Namely Roberto the weekend overnight manager who looks after us so well, including our little four legged dog who is a key part of the family. As we caught an early Eurotunnel Train this time, suffering from jet leg from Mexico earlier in the week, Rodrigo looked after us at check-in and supplied excellent local restaurant...

What is needed for a business hotel, this hotel has. There is a large supermarket "Casino" and mall (actually outlet) with remarkable discount. Breakfast is OK. You should try the restaurants nearby: Steakhouse, Belgian and Italian restaurants....

This is great hotel located not too far from the local airport. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable bed so a good nights sleep. The hotel manager is very professional and the staff very efficient and friendly. I thoroughly recommend this hotel !...
