Lovely hotel. Tram outside front door. Staff friendly. Nice breakfast. Overall lovely find. Comfortable room. Courtyard to the rear with seating. Reception staff very helpful. Would stay there again. Also very close to bus station....

Great little tourist hotel in Bilbao with friendly staff and super location for exploring Bilbao
Our room 509 was at the front of the property and was clean , fresh and tidy on checking in plus traveling with my elderly mother I did request a Twin Room plus bath and both requests were available and this was a delight for my mother Gracias

A massive thanks to all the staff in the Zenit Bilbao hotel for making our family trip to Bilbao a fantastic experience. A special mention to Joseba. The location, cleanliness, the breakfast, the extras in the room like toothbrush and toothpaste were excellent. We will definitely return and cannot wait to visit Bilbao again. Eskerrik Asko...

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Check in was good. Jose at front desk was very helpful. So were his colleagues when he was off shift. Room was comfortable. Balcony was nice. Nice breakfast.
Location was good. Opposite tram stop. Close to underground Metro. Walking distance to long distance bus Terminus. Opposite La Camilla Arena. In fact walking distance to city centre, Guggenheim and Old Town.

Great value hotel for a Bilbao weekend away. There to watch Athletic Bilbao and very close to San Mames Stadium. Great atmosphere in the area pre and post game - streets leading to stadium full of great bars....
