We had an excellent break in this well located hotel. All members of staff were polite and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to discover Bilbao....

We had chosen this hotel to celebrate our anniversary and discover Bilbao. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The rooms had really great beds. The breakfast was really good. And the location inbetween the Guggenheim and Casco Viejo worked really well for us. All in all we had a great trip. ...

This is a super hotel. The staff were excellent, very friendly and competent to say the least. They went above and beyond to be of assistance to us. The rooms have a walk-in shower which was much appreciated. The staff in food service were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The happy hour menu was very extensive and of high quality. The staff and hotel are exceptional! The location would be one of the best in the city. The breakfast buffet could not have been better. The hotel restaurant and Terrace were so pleasant to enjoy the river, the Guggenheim and the sounds of the city of Bilbao....

Best decision we made! Originally we reserved rooms (two couples) at the well known hotel right across the street from the Guggenheim. It has the word "Artist" in the name. Then we found the Vincci Consulado and it was significantly cheaper so we cancelled the other place and stayed here instead. What a great and lucky decision! First of all, GREAT location.
