Location of the hotel is great, easy access to the old town and transport to anywhere else around the town and region.
The hotel itself is comfortable, nice breakfast, spacious rooms, clean and very friendly staff.
My only negative is that there is no bar as such. You can ask for a beverage and they will bring it to you but its just not the same thing.
I would think on a business trip the hotel is perfect and ...

Stayed for a short break. No complaints whatsoever. Friendly staff, nice rooms, spotlessly clean. 10 mins walk to Plaza Nueva so very central. Would stay again. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Only adjustment I'd suggest is having a power point near the mirror....

Really comfortable hotel, right in the middle of Bilbao but still quiet inside.
Spacious, clean rooms but could do with an extra shelving unit in place of one of the 2 sofas, as not a lot of shelves / drawers to store clothes when staying for a few days.

This hotel is perfectly located at the center of Bilboa. It is so close to shops, restaurants & bars you can return several times in a day in just mins walk. The Gugginheim is about 20 min walk away.
If you want to venture further afield it is also a few min from train and metro stations.
We had a fab big room with modern decor & spotlessly clean....

Lovely clean and spacious room. plenty of courtesy products to use. Bed was very comfortable
We didn't realise there was no tea or coffee in the room.
Ended up eating out as the restaurant was more of a café.
Staff were polite and helpful.
Would stay again....
