Super city centre hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and great breakfast. Rooms really quiet at night. Great location for Old Town and Metro and Mainline stations. Short walk from the Airport Bus stop. Breakfast choice was excellent....

This was an excellent hotel stay. The staff was very courteous and competent. The room was super comfortable, very clean and the bathroom was deluxe. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. The hotel is centrally located, within a short walking distance of the train station, the Guggenheim Museum, the river and the historic centre of the city. Highly recommended ...

Reception is very efficient. Welcoming lobby with water and coffee. We had junior suite booked, which was good size with split room to allow our son to share. Small balcony, but I enjoyed coffee in the morning in sunshine. Good size bathroom with complimentary products. Walkable to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Would return ...

When we first checked in the staff was friendly and helpful, the lobby is cozy and has free water and a coffee machine. Our room was bigger than we expected and came with everything, toothbrushes, shower cap and comb etc. We asked the front desk for an iron and it came within 5 minutes, great service! The shower was really nice and spacious and the beds were amazing. I suffer from insomnia and the beds were perfectly...

Very close to the Abando metro this is a very centrally located hotel. The missing star due to
A more compact room with limited space to move about
No free tea of coffee during breakfast servings which was a bit tight
Otherwise it was perfectly acceptable for the two nights we were there....
