Good clean hotel and room.
No complementary water bottles though.
Breakfast was below average.
But amazing view of the streets of old town (Casco viejo) from the bedroom balcony.
No restaurant is there in the hotel for lunch or dinner........

Good hotel with spacious rooms, good furniture and cozy design. Linens were soft. Location was very convenient to start discovering city centre. Breakfast table everyday was full of fresh food. Staff was really attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!...

Lovely little hotel, perfect for exploring Bilbao,..2 minutes walk from the metro station or the tram stop, the bus stops are almost outside the hotel. The hotel is welcoming and clean and the staff are extremely helpful and kind. Our room (classic up-grade) was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and large. Front desk. Staff were very young and changing shifts all the time... some of them were rude and condescending...
It was hot in Bilbao and the hotel had shut off the air conditioning system. Despite my reporting them that the room was extremely hot, staff kept on explaining "why it was hot"!
