Excellent location. Super clean hotel. Nice bar and helpful staff. Shame the rooftop bar was closed even on sunny days. Would definitely return to this Hotel as staff very good. Breakfast was ok but limited hot food choices. Great mini break for couples ...

Been twice now, excellent hotel very convenient for the new town and old town.
Quick check in pleasant receptionist.
We had an upgrade, which we budded and successfully won.
The room was fabulous, room 207 Space, a corner room and had 5 windows and great views to the bridge.
Very spacious room an fantastic walk in shower and double basin!
Clean white bedding and towels changed daily.

Dont wait for anything different than disappointment from this hotel. From outside a nice building, exotic/ corny lobby decoration and friendly staff. When you get to the room you understand the real problem: it is tiny and unthought for two people. I was so excited for my birthday trip to Bilbao and had spent £400 to stay for 3 nights at NYX Bilbao. However, that excitement quickly turned into huge disappointment as I realised that I had been well and truly catfished by the hotel room.

Nice hotel. helpful staff, good location. a little bit noisy as it is right on the main street.
close to Apando station (if you travel to Madirid). It is a reasonable walking distance to museums, funiculars, and shopping streets. full of bars and restaurants and tapas bars 1 minute away from the hotel.
overall nice experience....
