We had a clean and spacious room. The staff was pleasant and professional. The breakfast was tasteful and rich, reasonably priced. The location was central, close to most amenities. Also, public transport, including the metro and tram, was within a short walk.We enjoyed our stay....

I had a great time here
Is my 3rd or 4rd visit to this hotel and I have to say never disappoints.
What I look for when I travel:
Great beds and mattress : 10 points
Good location: 10 points
Breakfast : 10 points
And the service / friendly staff: 10 points
Hence why I choose NH collection in Bilbao

I stayed at this property in June 2024. The staff at check-in and at the bar and the concierge were great. The best part of the room was that it was large and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, and there was lots of closet storage. The room did not have much natural light--- it looked out into an unattractive airshaftand there were only lights on once side of the room, leaving the other side of the ...
