Great location with comfortable room and wonderful staff

The hotel is quite close to most of the major sites and attractions in Bilbao. The football stadium, shopping, and the Guggenheim are all a short walk. Casa Vieja and the Mercado are close enough to walk to and there are numerous places for pinxchos and fine dining.

Good hotel close to the city.

This NH hotel is close to the city and within walking distance of the Guggenheim and other attractions.
Public transport is available nearby and for those that like walking, it is easy to get around or walk along the river.
In streets close to the hotel are many bars and restaurants, the type the local people use and not ´touristy´.

Wonderful hotel and staff.

This is a lovely hotel, in a great location and is spotlessly clean and welcoming.
I have to say one member of staff made the trip very special with his wonderful, friendly manner and is a true credit to the team at this hotel. His name is Felix and he works on reception in the hotel.
Many thanks to him and I do hope he sees this message and the management as well....

Modest accomodation

+ It was close to my interest points.
+the buffet was very nice with lots of different choices.
- My room was very small and had mold above the window. The room was facing the street which made it noisy....

Not very good value for money

This hotel has a kind staff and reception, a very good breakfast, large rooms, and a convenient location. On the other side, my bathroom was not very clean and the room was really noisy (I could hear a sound of an engine all the day and night, and my A/C was off)....
