All fine except the staff at Reception. Male explained nothing and could barely make eye contact. Checkout was little better. Not a language barrier issue. Rest of staff all very helpful. The hotel, overall, was fine except for Reception. Excellent breakfast choice, comfy bed, bath and shower....

Nice, large room. Clean and spacious. Could use more electrical outlets. Room door didn't close on its own which I thought was odd. Close to bus stop to airport and metro station to get about the city when walking is too far....

staff retraining

staff to be more attentive and show more interests in guests. Altho' I was not booked for breakfast one morning I was happy to pay to participate. Staff to acknowledge guests waiting even with a simple 'Wait please" rather than no recognition.
Make the hotel sustainability efforts more prominent to the guests. I asked if there was breakfast and the receptionist said no. ...

Nightclub next door! Dont stay on weekends!

Theres a nightclub in the same building as the hotel which plays extremely loud and bass heavy music until 5am in the morning from Thursday through to Sunday. It is impossible to get any sleep at all, the floor and walls are shaking from the bass. Both night we only managed to maybe got one or two hours of sleep. Its a real shame as the hotel as such is lovely, very nice staff working there and the location is amaz...

Very pleasant stay. Got a free room upgrade (without asking) which was really appreciated. Comfortable bed, clean hotel, helpful reception staff....
