Stayed here for three nights, enjoyed it from beginning till end. Very cosy room, spacious, large bathroom, mini bar if you required (not free) and tea/coffee facilities. Hotel bar was very nice with a lovely atmosphere. Wine so reasonable and tasty with tapas available also. Buffet breakfast with loads of food options. Staff all friendly and helpful. A great hotel. The service was impeccable. All of the staff are very friendly. David at reception was particularly helpful and went out of his way to provide assistance. The spa is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I travelled to Bilbao....

Great room at a fantastic price

Great location for checking out sites and restaurants. Appreciate the staffs suggestions for food. Room was very comfortable! Great bed, appreciated the decor including the side chair and table to relax. Happy for the modern conveniences like USB. And the soaking tub reminded me of my time in Japan.
It rained a lot during my visit so I was not able to enjoy the balcony but it was nice to step out and see if my layers...

The hotel is very well positioned near the Guggenheim museum and major train / bus / underground stops. Check-in went smoothly given we arrived early and the rooms were well presented and well proportioned. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable though I could hear some noise from the street on the Saturday night but not any other night. The mini-bar is well stocked though I did not use it nor did I partake...

Great location, nice staff. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport easy to get an uber. Free glass of wine on arrival. Rooms very clean wiith big spacious beds. The breakfast was so good, great selection of foods and drinks. Overall a brilliant stay. We would definitely return....
