We Stayed here whilst walking the Camino del Norte. It has a Great central location close to lots of restaurants. Room was very comfortable with plenty of space and a good sized bathroom. Breakfast was great. Would happily recommend this hotel....

Good location near to restaurants, old town and Guggenheim. Decent room - clean and everything works. Encountered poor service. Reception staff not willing to assist even when asked. Breakfast buffet decent. Considering options available will not be back....

Good location. Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. .
Good beds and linens. Rooms on small size. Gym for individual exercise. Had nothing in room to provide instructions o how to use services such as coffee maker and TV. The instructions posted on how to use the safe were incorrect. I had to call someone to come to my room and she said they were incorrect and showed me how to do it....

A very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and beds in a very good location with many eating establishments and shopping. The breakfasts are very good with a wide variety of food choices in buffet style. Only negative was getting hot coffee from too few servers....

Small rooms, but clean and well appointed. Nice location and good opportunities to hike and walk around. The breakfast was good, and staff were very helpful. I would stay there again. The bookshelf wallpaper was a nice touch as far as I was concerned....
