Fantastic weekend that exceeded our expectations

We loved berlin!
This hotel was ideally situated for walking to most of the sightseeing locations, or trams and trains. Best place to stay in Berlin in our opinion.
Clean and nicely presented.
Special thanks to Oscar the night reception guy Jimmy and Clare say Hi and thank you for pointing us in the opposite direction of where we were going; we found special places that we wouldnt have found otherwise. Cheers!!

A lovely, cosy hotel in a great location. Public transport near enough on the doorstep and Museum Island about 10 minutes walk. The surrounding area is quite nice to explore too, with plenty of shops and restaurants. I had a single comfort room, a good size, I could see the TV Tower and Berlin Dom from my window. I would totally recommend staying here if visiting the city. Don't bother with large chain hotels etc......this is so much better.
POSITIVES
Perfectly located next to tram stops and 5-10 mins walk to shops restaurants etc.
Bedroom is immaculate and cleaned daily. Centrally heated for comfort at this time of year. Shower is spot on and bed comfortable.

We stayed here as a couple last week for a few days. Overall, we found it a nice hotel, with comfortable, warm rooms, albeit a little on the small side but I'm not there to hold cocktail parties, it was a base to sleep and shower in and on both counts it served it's purpose.
It had a complimentary bottle of water (not replaced every day), and complimentary toiletries in the shower, and towels were changed every day...

Christmas visit to Berlin to enjoy the markets and spend time in the heart of the city between Christmas and New Year. The location of the hotel is fantastic. So very convenient to come from the airport to take the S bahn and the area offers some of the best sights and sounds of Berlin.
