Beautiful Hotel in a fantastic location.
Stayed for Christmas markets and literally they are a stones throw from the hotel.
Hotel is beautiful, rooms fantastic, bar super cozy and friendly and fab breakfast!
Polite and kind staff.
Dont book anywhere else, this place is superb!...

My daughter brought me here as a surprise trip to visit the Christmas markets. I am a fussy traveller and hotel stayer but I loved this hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. our room was lovely, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great location but heavy loud fire doors

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Christmas markets and having breakfast available ticks many boxes. We unfortunately had a room right next to a fire door that kept on slamming in all hours of the morning. The actual room did the job had good facilities bur would not stay at the hotel again...

Great location, great hotel, with the most amazingly helpful kind accommodating staff. The best city hotel I have ever stayed in!! Mirielle at the spa was so friendly every day of our visit to the spa. Kateryna on reception was brilliant from our arrival to our departure, so helpful!!! What a great hotel. Warm welcome. Lovely reception and foyer. Rooms lovely. Fantastic bar which we used a lot - with great attentive staff. Didnt try the food here but it looked good. Central location. We stayed four nights and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended....
