Fantastic!

I think it was one of the best stays of my life. Apart from the fantastic staff ready to help you, the structure is wow. Very youthful and equipped with everything, you really feel in a comfortable environment.
It's super close to the center and it also passes by several vehicles that allow you to get around....

Simply the best hotel we've ever been, and it's just a hotel, it's a whole space, where you can do a lot of stuff with people from all over the world.
The idea of its palce, design, rooms, food and, of course, people - everything is great! We loved it!...

the worst hotel i've ever been to

I was in the hotel for 12 days. The worst room I've ever had in my life. I fly 10 times a year. The air conditioner did not go through the whole stay even though I applied from the first day. Think about staying in Berlin at 3 degrees without air conditioning. There was a blockage in the bathroom and a drainage problem that led to a very bad smell the entire stay, even though I contacted him several times about it. ...

The location is really great, close to the public transportation. The staff was really nice and helpful, because some only speak English and no German there where some communication problems. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Overall really great hotel forma good price....

First night we barely slept because of the AC that we couldnt control at all. But the other day we mentioned it at the reception and the staff solved our problem. This hotel has a very good location. I would definitely choose it next time as well!...
