The hotel is perfektly located. Next to Berlin HBF and Reichstag. Rooms is clean and spacious. Breakfast options are great and delicious. There is a food court opposite the hotel is you want more options. The surroundings are clean and you could go for a jog....

Our flight got cancelled and the airline left us and 200 others stranded at the airport in Berlin, without any communication.
We were one of the lucky ones who managed to secure two rooms at this hotel.
The staff were fantastic, and we were met with genuine understanding as we were tired, upset and stressed.
The rooms were very large, clean and inviting. The beds are a bit hard, but could be worse.

A Serious Guest Safety Matter

I stayed at this property over the past week. On my final night there, I entered my room and noted more than the previous amount of ambient street noise. I walked over to the window and noted one was open (probably housekeeping be assured not by me). I also noted the serious safety compromise when I saw that the window was floor to ceiling AND HAD NO PROTECTIVE BARRIERS WHATEVER. This meant there was a free fall do...

Location is good. Staff service level was appalling. Refused to accept room service order as they were too busy. Laundry service is priced very high and not worth it. Clothes did not return on time and I had to continually chase status and eventually collect myself otherwise I wouldnt have had clean clothes for business meeting in the morning.
DO NOT STAY HERE. For the price there are way better options...

Stayed for a family treat as we were going back to see where we used to live in Berlin 30 years ago, we really enjoyed our stay, the rooms are spotless and modern with everything you need nearby, shops bars and restaurants, great base to visit the amazing city...
