This is a very good boutique hotel. We stayed in the largest of the available rooms which was extremely comfortable with large bed. The vibe/ambience is unique, for example check in is relaxed sitting at a table. Information is readily forthcoming if asked, it is very much a place that lets you be and will help as needed. Modern with lovely retro furnishings
Breakfast good and freshly cooked with a good buffet selection
Lovely bath to soak the walking around Xmas markets aches away

Nice rooms, poor breakfast experience

The room was nice and clean, but the breakfast was really under my expectation for a 4 star hotel. There was a egg dish à la carte and I ordered Japanese Pancakes. In the picture you can see what I got. Overall the personnel seemed to be in a bad mood, bored and distracted....

An excellent base for visiting Berlin

My wife and I stayed for 5 nights. It is a comfortable hotel with excellent, friendly staff. The room and bathroom were quite compact but well appointed. It is very close to an S Bahn station from which to travel into the city centre and out of the city. There are good Italian, Greek and Vietnamese restaurants within 200 metres. We found it an excellent base from which to visit the many sights of interest in Berlin...

Very central location in a very nice part of time. Really friendly staff. The hotel has modern contemporary style hotel, which is quite cool to other classic style hotel setups.
However, the hotel was very noisy in the mornings (maybe its because I was on the 1st floor) based on noise from the setting up the tables and chairs for breakfast or the cleaning staff being loud with their trolleys from 6:30am each morn...
