I have been asked for room cleaning and although I wanted daily cleaning the room was not cleaned the following day. I was there with my 2 kids as a family but the beds for the kids were not ready. Extremely Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price

I recently stayed at Scandic Berlin Kurfurstendamm, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. Despite being extremely expensive, the hotel did not look fresh or well-maintained at all. To make matters worse, I found live insects under the bed, which appeared to be silverfish (skjeggkre).

A brilliant base for a family trip to Berlin. The hotel itself is smart and the superior family rooms are of a decent size. The staff at the hotel are also extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short walk from an underground station from where you can get around the city easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families wishing to visit Berlin....
