We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel on a four-night city break. The location is simply unbeatable, right next to the Stadtmitte metro station and within walking distance of many of the main museums and sights.
The hotel is clean and comfortable, and we had a very nice room (junior suite). My only criticisms would be the quality of the housekeeping - the daily clean was very superficial, and supplies were not rep...

Great hotel with friendly staff who are happy to help.
Room was spotless and bed so comfy! Location is fabulous, close to loads of tourist attractions and the trains which run frequently.
Breakfast was delicious with a few vegan optionsand the Prosecco on offer at the weekend was a little treat
Overall, highly recommended and a brilliant stay ...

Hotel was clean and had a great location. They could have done better with helping with the smells that backed up into the rooms from the bathrooms. The person who checked me in did not inform me about the "green" incentive. I did not find out till my last night. They have a shortage of wash clothes. My lotion was in my shower and my shower gel was on my sink. They are locked in so I could not get the swapped. ...

Booked a junior suite as we love the option of having a good seating area in our room. The room was big and bed was huge. Unfortunately the seating area was all at the far end with the tv facing the bed the other end so to relax before going out you were unable to watch the tv unless sitting on the bed! Excellent location, service and breakfast. Easy to get to from airport, but watch out at direction at Hauptbanhof, huge station.
Excellent stay walking distance to all major sights, or just get welcome pass and travel without constraint....
