Great location. Clean hotel. Comfortable rooms & beds. Ask for membership benefits to be applied at time of check-in. Quick check-in. Close to the ubahn. Great customer service. Location is in the middle of lots of great shopping. Quiet hotel. We did not use additional amenities....

I recently had an good solo trip to Berlin and stayed at a wonderful accommodation that made the experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to major attractions like zoo and subway/train. My room was clean but the wifi a little bit slow. After a day of exploring Berlins vibrant culture and history, it felt like a haven to return to....

Excellent now. Choicest location in middle of Berlin kudamm. Many things changesd for best from my last year visit. Reception, house keeping ,restaurant and friendly staff- all superb. Superb room on 7th floor with a great Ku damm view.
