Value for money with good transport links and ideal location for the Uber Arena.

Overall I found this hotel good value for money.
With the hotel being located next to a train station this makes it easy to travel by train to and from the airport and Alexander Platz in Berlin City Centre. The train to the airport cost 4.40 and took around 30mins. There is also a taxi rank located outside the train station if you prefer.

This hotel has an ideal location, just steps from the main train station and a short walk to many sites (such as the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate). The staff was helpful and efficient. The room suited our needs perfectly, and the morning breakfast had plenty of selections to keep our bellies full all morning. Good location by the train station. Could walk with luggage. Lots of places to explore close by - great shopping, food, sites. Very walkable

I stayed at this hotel from July 29 to August 1, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite reporting that the air conditioning wasn't working properly and that my room was uncomfortably warm, nothing was done to address the issue (my room was warm the entire time I was in the hotel).
