Hotel is spectacular to look at the bed was comfortable pillow lovely 12th floor premium room amazing but was so hot and had a terrible smell of drains totally revolting unable to change as hotel full spoilt our stay and took the shine off beautiful room they did deduct some money off which was good of them but I wouldnt stay again not five star Im afraid and the breakfast is hectic buffet hot food stone cold servi...

Weve stay 3 nights. This Hotel is very modern style, good location with a big reception. Very busy, lots of conferences. It has a lovely pool but it is an upgrade to use it. The Gym is marvelous, plenty of machines with 2 different rooms. Theres a lovely restaurant open all day. The breakfast has variety of options to choose.

Viktoria, our check in staff at Inter Continental Berlin on 3/11/24 was the best we have ever come across in all our years of business and personal travelling.
She was friendly, professional, caring, informative, mannerly, clear, helpful and engaging. She went over and beyond her basic roll job spec and excelled.
